2) energy policy dialogue
3) multinational partnership (APP) - China, India, US, KOrea, Japan
- investing 2 billion on green - green building
- working on industrial energy - top 1000
- renewable energy
- transportation - focus on 2nd generation nonfood fuels & batteries

Li Junfeng
- just finished a meeting between US/ China
- China is looking for more cooperation on technology though as US has best technology

Zhou Changyi
- Energy issue is a global issue
- Energy security is a national issue and ensuring energy supply is a very important issue.
- China must use non-food biofuel.. we have 1.3 billion people to feed
- China has a lot of wind power potential, but power generation cost is higher than coal.. so we need policy support for wind power
- by 2020 we can exceed targets, but need more support
- Coal was 68% of primary energy, a decrease of 2%
