Looking out the window of my hallway the other day, I was greeted by what I can only guess was someone’s dinner from the night before… on the room of the 3rd floor atrium (we have an open core building).
We do have large trash cans near the elevator of every floor.. but apparently for one member of the community that was too much trouble.
I have seen plenty of rubbish bags launched from the windows, but this was my first pot of soup.
